I'd like to take a moment to share a little bit about myself with you.

I have lived and worked in the Lake Mary / Sanford area for 25+ years.   I am blessed to share my life with a wonderful family, great circle of friends and loyal clients.  I was raised in South Florida and moved to this area in early 1980.  I began my venture in the real estate business in 1990 first as an investor and then eventually as a licensed agent. 

I have purchased a charming 1920 historic farmhouse situated on four acres in N. Seminole County.  Renovations have been a labor of love.  My property allows room for my two horses to graze and enjoy in their old age.   

Being a true Floridian, I have experienced the wide variety of activities our beautiful state has to offer: beaches, boating, fishing, etc.

My commitment and responsibility as a real estate professional is to remain informed on our current market conditions, future planned development and community affairs to best educate my buyers and/or sellers thus allowing them to become an educated consumer.
